Based on the general framework model of the agency’s strategic and operational structure, the organizational units of the Railway Authority and their main functions and responsibilities are defined as follows:

1. Public Administration Department (including the Contract and Law Department and the Foreign Affairs Department)

2. Transport Management Department

4. Infrastructure Department

5. Scientific Analysis, Technology, and Research Department
